AlphaConcierge 为来华就医的外籍患者提供 AI 辅助的就医陪同，默认协助您走上海各医院国际部公开的就医路径。首期只在上海，只提供中文和英文。目前在筹备中，暂不接待客户、不收资料、不收费。 AlphaConcierge offers AI-assisted care accompaniment for international patients coming to China. By default, we help you follow the public routes into the international departments of Shanghai hospitals. Shanghai only at first, in Chinese and English only. In preparation: we are not taking clients, collecting records or charging fees yet.
  1. 病史中英互译：就诊前，把您的病史和就医资料整理成中英对照，方便接诊医生阅读。 Your medical history in both languages: before your visit, your medical history and records are put into side-by-side English and Chinese, so the doctor who sees you can read them easily.
  2. 走国际部的公开路径：默认按上海各医院国际部公开的就医路径，帮您理清每一步怎么走。 The international department's public route: by default, we follow the public care routes of the international departments at Shanghai hospitals and help you see what each step involves.
  3. 门诊和住院流程协助：我们协助您弄清并完成缴费等院内手续，以及门诊和住院的流程。医院的诊疗费用由您直接付给医院。 Help with outpatient and inpatient steps: we help you understand and complete payment and other hospital paperwork, and the outpatient and inpatient process. You pay the hospital's medical fees directly to the hospital.
  4. 想看某一位指定的专家：AlphaConcierge 不安排指定专家。如果您点名某位专家，我们会在征得您同意后转给 AlphaMedic 评估（AlphaMedic 仍在开发中）。 If you want a particular named specialist: AlphaConcierge does not arrange a specific specialist. If you ask for one by name, with your consent we pass your request to AlphaMedic for assessment (AlphaMedic is still in development).
  5. 我们不做的事：不做诊断，不开药，不代抢号、不倒卖号源，不承诺见到某位专家或某家医院。AI 只用于翻译和整理资料，不给诊疗意见；诊疗由医院的接诊医生负责。急症请直接去医院急诊。 What we do not do: no diagnosis, no prescriptions, no grabbing or reselling of hospital visit slots, and no promise that you will see a particular specialist or a particular hospital. AI is used only to translate and organise information, never for medical advice; your care is the responsibility of the hospital doctor who sees you. In an emergency, go straight to a hospital emergency department.

适合谁·Who it's for

计划来上海看门诊或住院、需要中英文沟通协助的外籍患者。不适合急症，也不适合需要指定某位专家或希望保证某家医院收治的人士（指定专家请看 AlphaMedic）。 International patients planning an outpatient visit or a hospital stay in Shanghai who need help communicating in Chinese and English. Not for emergencies, and not for anyone who needs a particular named specialist or a guaranteed place at a particular hospital (for a named specialist, see AlphaMedic).
